The members of our colorful trio all love hot sauce. Scarlett favors Red Dragon, the hottest of the hot. And Sunshine prefers the hot and tangy Yellow Rooster. As for the kind River finds most flavorful, it doesn’t have a special name yet and it’s definitely not famous… it’s the homemade sweet-heat recipe cooked up by xir mom, Sapphire! Scarlett and Sunshine both try it. Agreeing it’s as much a crowd pleaser as their own favorite hot sauces, they ignite plans for a hot sauce launch party. River’s Mom resists, but River insists it’s high time her hot sauce get some heat. So, they invite every skunk they know to give River’s Mom’s Hot Sauce a try, as a first spark toward blasting it off to sure-fire flavor fame, and they’ll do it right out of the back of River’s Mom’s food truck!

Soon a skunk their age, who is heir of the Royal’s Real Mayonnaise fortune, hears that this party is getting heat and he’s dismayed. His family considers their mayonnaise to be the signature Blue Skunk condiment, and they take any other Blue Skunk seasoning as a threat. Then, when our heroes start seeing posters everywhere blasting a bigger saucier party to be held on the same day, at the same time as their own, they realize that this rich Mayo Skunk wants their hot sauce launch party to fail! Refusing to be smothered, our heroes turn up the heat on their promotional efforts, but they’re outmatched, and when the day of their party arrives, nobody else shows up. Everyskunk’s at the Mayo Skunk’s party instead. The flame of hope has gone out for River’s Mom, but our determined heroes decide to bring their party to where the action is and, with River’s Mom driving, off in the food truck they go!

Once at the Mayo Skunk’s mansion, they see bored guests ditching the completely bland and colorless mayo-themed party looking for more excitement. Parking the food truck right outside the mansion, our heroes entice the departing guests to try River’s Mom’s “Sapph-FIRE Sauce,” and it’s such a hit that an impromptu party forms right on the Mayo Skunk’s front lawn! Upset about this turn of events, the Mayo Skunk is about to hose them with mayo from their mayo truck, when River convinces him to at least try the hot sauce first. The Mayo Skunk loves it and asks his dad to do a Royal’s Real Mayonnaise x Sapph-FIRE Sauce collab! The stale mayo themed party decorations get a full spectrum color blast when the mayo skunk invites every skunk back inside to launch this tasty collab with a dynamic photoshoot.
